1. Was wir erheben
Kontodaten: E-Mail-Adresse und Anzeigename, falls du ein Konto erstellst; OAuth-Kennungen, wenn du dich mit Google oder Apple anmeldest. Eingaben, die du freiwillig in Rechner machst, sowie Konversationstexte, die an den KI-Assistenten gesendet werden.
Technische Daten: grundlegende Anfrageprotokolle und aggregierte Nutzungsmetriken, die zum Betrieb und zur Absicherung des Dienstes verwendet werden.
2. Wonach wir nie fragen
Wir fragen nie nach Bank-Passwörtern, vollständigen Kartennummern, Transaktionspasswörtern, Kopien von Ausweisdokumenten oder Konto-Zugangsdaten. Gib solche Daten nicht in Rechnerfeldern oder Chats an.
3. Wie Daten verwendet werden
Zum Betrieb der Rechner und des KI-Assistenten, zum Speichern deines Verlaufs im angemeldeten Zustand, zur Abwicklung von Abonnements, zur Missbrauchsprävention und zur Verbesserung der Bildungsinhalte. Wir verkaufen deine personenbezogenen Daten nicht.
4. Dienstleister
Zahlungen werden von Creem.io abgewickelt; die Anmeldung kann über Google oder Apple erfolgen; die Infrastruktur läuft auf Cloudflare. Diese Anbieter erhalten nur die für ihre Funktion notwendigen Daten und unterliegen ihren eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen.
5. Cookies und lokaler Speicher
Wir verwenden essentielle Cookies für Authentifizierung und Einstellungen (wie Design und Sprache) sowie lokalen Speicher, um Gastesitzungen und Kontingentzähler zu merken.
6. Deine Wahlmöglichkeiten
Du kannst den Dienst als Gast nutzen, Kontodaten auf Anfrage löschen lassen und den lokalen Speicher deines Browsers jederzeit leeren.
Google user data (Sign in with Google)
If you choose “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page, we receive from Google only: your name, your email address, your profile picture URL, and a stable Google account identifier (the subject ID). We do not receive your Google password, contacts, calendar, Gmail messages, Drive files, or any other Google service data, and we do not request any Google API scope beyond openid, email and profile.
We use this data only to (a) create your AILICAI account or sign you in, (b) show your name and email address inside your account area, and (c) contact you about your account or subscription. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics, it is never sold or rented, and it is not shared with third parties — except our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database) acting on our behalf under contract.
Retention: your account record, including the Google identifier, is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. AI conversation history is stored only for subscribers and can be cleared at any time from your dashboard.
Revoking access and deleting data: you can remove AILICAI from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your AILICAI account and all associated data, email us through the contact page; we remove the record, including the Google identifier, within 30 days.
Limited Use: AILICAI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI content policy: AILICAI’s AI assistant is restricted to personal-finance education. It does not generate, edit or distribute sexually explicit content or AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), and requests for such content are refused. Content sexualising minors is prohibited without exception and may result in account termination.
