1. Какие данные мы собираем
Данные аккаунта: адрес электронной почты и отображаемое имя, если вы создаете аккаунт; идентификаторы OAuth, если вы входите через Google или Apple. Данные, которые вы добровольно вводите в калькуляторы, и текст сообщений, отправляемых ИИ-ассистенту.
Технические данные: базовые журналы запросов и агрегированные метрики использования, необходимые для работы и защиты Сервиса.
2. Чего мы никогда не запрашиваем
Мы никогда не запрашиваем банковские пароли, полные номера платежных карт, платежные пароли, копии документов, удостоверяющих личность, или учетные данные для входа в аккаунты. Не указывайте их в полях калькуляторов и в чатах.
3. Как используются данные
Для работы калькуляторов и ИИ-ассистента, сохранения вашей истории во время входа в систему, обработки подписок, предотвращения злоупотреблений и улучшения образовательного контента. Мы не продаем ваши персональные данные.
4. Обработчики данных
Платежи обрабатывает Creem.io; вход может выполняться через Google или Apple; инфраструктура работает на Cloudflare. Эти провайдеры получают только данные, необходимые для их функций, на условиях их собственной политики конфиденциальности.
5. Файлы cookie и локальное хранилище
Мы используем необходимые cookie для аутентификации и настроек (например, темы и языка), а также локальное хранилище, чтобы запоминать гостевые сессии и счетчики квот.
6. Ваши возможности
Вы можете пользоваться Сервисом как гость, запросить удаление данных аккаунта и в любой момент очистить локальное хранилище в своем браузере.
Google user data (Sign in with Google)
If you choose “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page, we receive from Google only: your name, your email address, your profile picture URL, and a stable Google account identifier (the subject ID). We do not receive your Google password, contacts, calendar, Gmail messages, Drive files, or any other Google service data, and we do not request any Google API scope beyond openid, email and profile.
We use this data only to (a) create your AILICAI account or sign you in, (b) show your name and email address inside your account area, and (c) contact you about your account or subscription. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics, it is never sold or rented, and it is not shared with third parties — except our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database) acting on our behalf under contract.
Retention: your account record, including the Google identifier, is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. AI conversation history is stored only for subscribers and can be cleared at any time from your dashboard.
Revoking access and deleting data: you can remove AILICAI from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your AILICAI account and all associated data, email us through the contact page; we remove the record, including the Google identifier, within 30 days.
Limited Use: AILICAI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI content policy: AILICAI’s AI assistant is restricted to personal-finance education. It does not generate, edit or distribute sexually explicit content or AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), and requests for such content are refused. Content sexualising minors is prohibited without exception and may result in account termination.
